Real estate has always been a part of Kerry’s life. Growing up with a father who was a builder in British Columbia and a Victoria realtor for more than 30 years, it was only natural that she would follow a similar path. For over 20 years, Kerry has been helping clients successfully buy and sell real estate in Victoria.

Clients value Kerry’s extensive knowledge and well-rounded experience. She holds a university business background, is a licensed realtor, mortgage broker accreditation, and a certified home stager. Beyond her professional credentials, Kerry has personally renovated numerous properties, re-zoned land, built brand new homes, and owned rental properties, giving her practical insight into many aspects of real estate.

Rick’s background is one-of-a-kind. With nearly 50 years in real estate, he built an extensive knowledge base spanning appraisal, land development, construction, renovation, commercial and residential rentals, building inspections, and high-level real estate sales. Over the years, he has inspected more than 7,000 buildings—experience that has helped many avoid costly mistakes, from leaky condos to hidden pitfalls.

Now retired from active sales, Rick continues to share his expertise as an unlicensed consultant, offering guidance based on decades of hands-on experience.
